To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
